Chhoa Chik Peng

I was mentored by Mr. Chhoa Chik Peng, a senior Town Planner for PEERS Consult. Born and bred in Kuching, Sarawak Mr Chhoa is man with high stature yet gentle when talking to. Finished his study at University of Science Malaysia (USM) Mr Chhoa then he started working with PEERS Consult on 2007.

 

As the company manager, the leadership quality shown by Mr Chhoa at Peers Consult is unrivalled and he sure do anything to achieve his and Peers goals and objectives. Mr Chhoa is an excellence presence in the office and was able to complete multitude of task in a short period of time and was very disciplined in his field of work, always the one who come early and left the last, Mr Chhoa dedicated his work and life to drive PEERS to the top. A merciful leader, his explanation is crystal clear, short and precise in case I got lost with the tasks given at hand.

When I am in doubt he always gave me guidance and lead with examples until I finished my tasks throughout my practical training. A man that dedicated his life to his works Mr Chhoa have a keen eye and can spot any mistakes that exist during project and will quickly yet docile to correct the mistakes. I am truly honored to work and be mentored by Mr Chhoa where all of his wisdom and work qualities are top notch and he never tired of helping his colleagues and fellow mentee
