In this project I’ve joined a team of various department involving in the preparation of International exhibition the 10th International Greentech & Eco Products Exhibition & Conference Malaysia (IGEM 2019) on behalf of the Planning department. During the exhibition, I've been tasked to study the project and presenting project to the public and masses.
DIPLOMA
KINTA VALLEY GEOPARK EXHIBITION
Nestled near Perak is the rich valley formed by the Kinta River, known as Lembah Kinta or the Kinta Valley. Set in between the Kledang Range and Titiwangsa Range, the Kinta Valley national geopark covering an area of 1,952km2 and encompassing two districts in Perak – Kinta and Kampar. Kinta Valley is the country’s second national geopark after Langkawi’s UNESCO Global Geopark. - Tourism Perak, 2021.

I involved in the documentation and digitization of the old Geopark products in Ipoh. The digitization involves the scanning of old memoirs from Ipoh City Council archive. Then I prepared the Geopark panel with a group of planners and graphic designer for the exhibition. The exhibition is a great success where it was highly praised by visitors that come to experience the nostalgic and the hey day of Kinta as Tin City.

JOHOR BAHRU CENTRAL AREA PLANNING
CENTRAL AREA PLANNING
This project is done to carry out a study of the central area in Johor Bahru city center and to propose a comprehensive design proposal for the central area. The central area or commonly referred to as the town center is the most predominant part of any town or city. Traditionally, a town center is considered as a specific location in a town which possesses distinctive characteristics. Bandar Johor Bahru is a residential area within a highly commercialized area. It's a strategic location with great access to commercial areas where various kinds of amenities and facilities can be found. These include eateries, cafes, schools, banks, hotels, and medical centers. To carry out a study of the central area in Johor Bahru city center and to propose a comprehensive design proposal planning for Johor Bahru.

NEGERI SEMBILAN STRUCTURE PLAN 2045
STATE STRUCTURE PLANNING
This project is where I learned on the process and procedure in the preparation of a State Structure Plan. The structure plan is a written statements of general policies, strategic policies, actions, projects, and supportive with diagrams and maps as well as other illustration involved in the development of the State.
This project was a studio work project, and 3 main report are required to be completed which is the Inception Report, State Structure Technical report and lastly, the Draft of the State Structure Plan 2045.
The theme for the Negeri Sembilan State Structure Plan Draft 2045 is To Strengthen Negeri Sembilan as Sustainable State, Inclusive and Resilient by 2045. The theme is a combination of 3 development concepts, namely sustainable, inclusive and resilient. (DOWNLOAD NOW)

TAMPIN 2035 LOCAL PLAN
DISTRICT LOCAL PLAN
This project is where I learned on the process and procedure in the preparation of a District Local Plan. Tampin District Local Plan (RT) 2040 is documents containing written statements, propose development, development policies and to guide implementation. The content for the Local Plan (RT) Tampin is translating the basics strategic of strategic physical development and practical to create integrated and sustainable planning. Tampin District Local Plan (RT) 2035 is a document development plans to replace the Local Plan (RT) Tampin District 2020. In addition, the preparation of the Plan This locale is in line under section 16, Planning Act Town and Country, 1976 (Act 172) i.e. explains that allows for amendment, cancellations and replacement of the preparation of the Local Plan (RT).
